Last weekend our good friends Mickey and Katie got married in Annapolis, so we took the opportunity to embark on our first cross country trip with Cammie. Traveling with a 3-mo-old isn’t the smoothest endeavor, but Cam did pretty good with only a few stints of angry crying on the flights, most of the time she just slept in our arms. On Saturday we headed down to Annapolis and it was our first night away from our little girl, but she was in great hands with Nick’s mom and dad. Bert even picked up a swing so Cam felt right at home!
The wedding and reception were fantastic and sooo much fun (including some out-of-this-world late night Mangia pizza with the bride and groom – and groom’s parents!!).
It was nice having 24-hr off from parenting duty, but we really did miss our princess. On Sunday Nick’s sister Jen had a cookout at her house for all of Nick’s extended family. There were tons of extra hands to hold Cam!! This was the first time Zach & Madeline got to meet the new addition:

On Monday, Cameron donned her patriotic gear to celebrate Memorial Day:
In the morning we took a drive up to Freeland to visit with our good friends the Radebaugh’s. Jesse and Nikki have two adorable kids – Fin and Sully. Here they are with Cami just hanging out…
We headed back to Bert & Baba’s house for an afternoon crab feast (yumm!). Bert is pretty happy with the latest addition to her grandchild collection:
It was a jam-packed weekend, but we were so happy to get Cameron to the east coast to meet all of Nick’s family!

That pic of the three of you is awesome. Glad you made it through the long trip! It gets even more exciting when they get older! And bored! Much love to you all!
