We just bid farewell to Nick’s parents, who stayed with us for a week and had a blast with their adorable granddaughter. We spent the first 4 days together in Carmel-by-the-Sea where we took walks, shopped, ate some good meals and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Bert & Baba spent the rest of the week taking care of Cam in Mill Valley while Mom & Dad went to work.

It rained in Carmel on Saturday, so we ventured into Monterey and checked out MY Museum, which was a blast for Cam as you can see from these photos (she liked the beach exhibit best):

Afterward we tried to go to the Aquarium, but the place was a madhouse, so we opted for a nice lunch and then headed back to Carmel. While we were staying in Carmel we also took a ride down the coast to Big Sur, which was gorgeous as you can see from these pics:

Cam already misses Bert & Baba and can’t wait to Facetime with them soon!
