We are “all done” with our first trip to the ER! Just hours before we were set to fly back home on Friday, Cameron sprinted across the room, tripped on a rug and went head first into a wooden toy. The blood was gushing and she was screaming! After we calmed her down and stopped the bleeding, we put a band-aid on her and rushed off to the hospital. It was a pretty big gash above her eye, so we didn’t want to take any chances with scarring. They checked her out and decided to apply some dermabond rather than stitches, which worked great for us and Cameron. She was miserable enough being strapped down for a couple minutes, screaming “ALL DONE” at the top of her lungs pretty much the entire time! She’s all patched up now and crusing around like nothin ever happened.
