After 5 1/2 years in our tiny bungalow in the woods, it was time to make a move to someplace with a little more room for the girls to run around. We loved our house on Sunset Lane and put a lot of hard work into making it a wonderful home where we could start a family. Luckily we were able to pass it on to a cute couple who we think will take good care of it and hopefully start their own family while living there. Selling our house and finding the new house was a LONG process that took over a year from start to finish, but it was well worth it. We are now just 2 1/2 miles north of our Mill Valley house in a town called Corte Madera (which if your interested means “to chop the wood” – the area is famous for producing redwood lumber that was used in the construction of San Francisco). In Corte Madera it is 5-10 degrees warmer and 5-10 minutes closer to all the important things: the highway, the pool, the gym, Target, and pre-school. Bottom line, Cam is LOVING it and we are very happy in our new diggs!
Still nothing up on the walls, and we are not even close on furniture and windows, but we have at least gotten rid of the boxes!
