We found a pretty cool beach spot over Labor Day weekend that we will definitely make a return trip to at some point in the future. Seascape is in Aptos which is halfway between Monterey and Santa Cruz. The weather is spotty most of the summer with the marine layer hovering over the coast, but we lucked out with 3 gorgeous sunny days. We are so glad that Cami LOVES the beach!

Mackie likes the beach too – this was her first time giving it a taste test.

We spent one late afternoon with our friends the Horns, including their precious little girl Belen. They live in nearby Capitola, and paid us a visit on the beach.
