Epilogue:

Cam cried and shouted for the entire car ride to the airport, when we finally boarded the plane she sat down in the middle of First Class and started unpacking her back-pack… After we got seated the whining and crying continued, dirty looks a plenty from First Class (as we were in the first row after First Class), 8 long hours and one lost bag later we pulled up to our house and thankfully Santa had paid us a visit too, filling our stockings and leaving the girls a couple gifts in front of the tree. As we walked into the house Cameron said: “I wanna go back on the airplane” uhhhh, no, not today.
