Last Labor Day weekend we discovered this great little beach town south of Santa Cruz and we had so much fun that we decided to go back for the long weekend again this year. Beach, pools, rides, walks…there is so much to do and the girls had tons of fun. Most importantly we think Mackie is cured of her fear of the ocean. While she spent all week earlier this summer at the beach crying “water get you!” – she had no fear of the pacific ocean on this particular weekend.

The girls also made some friends with older girls who were happy to entertain…and we were happy to sit back and watch…
