Nick was very lucky this year and had the first half of his 2-month sabbatical. We ended up having a crazy 41-day vacation from Memorial Day through the 4th of July, which was a long time away from home! Oakland to Baltimore to Charleston to Baltimore to Austin to Orange County to Oakland. The longest stint was in Fenwick Island Deleware and we also had our 5th annual PoiBaldLockLaw trip in Lake Travis Texas. Such a fun trip filled with family visits, lots of cousin time and plenty of great moments shared with our best of friends. We’re happy to be back but will cherish all the memories.

We started out with a few days in Baltimore before we left the girls with their grandparents and headed out for a few days away in Charleston & Kiawah Island South Carolina.
